GENERAL RULES
- Punctuality is of utmost importance, students are asked to arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of their first class.
- Students must wear the clothes indicated by the School for their class, hair must be put up and no jewellery is allowed during dance classes.
- Students and Parents are expected to treat each other and our teachers with good manners and a high level of respect. Violent, threatening and bullying behaviour and language will not be tolerated and will result in a student been asked to leave the premises. If this behaviour continues the offending student will be expelled and no refund will be given in these circumstances.
- Students are not allowed to enter any other studio room than the one of their class and they are not allowed to touch the instruments. If any child is caught damaging any instruments their Parents and Carers will be liable for a charge.
- Students must change either in the toilets or in the middle room and bring their belongings with them into the studio.
- It is important that Students have a healthy snack and plenty of water. If this snack has not been bought from Husky’s coffee shop it must be consumed in the middle room or the hallway.
- All Parents and Carers must sign-in and out for their children and let the school know if somebody else is picking them up.
- It is vital that all parents and Carers update their contact details.
- The Founders and Teachers reserve the right to refuse the entry of any student to a class and may request the removal of a student at any time.
- The registration fee is payable for all new students in addition to the terms fees.
- All fees must be paid on time, if the agreed instalment date is not respected there will be a fine of £10 and the Student will be not accepted in class.
- If Parents and Carers are in late to pick up their children a fee of £2.50 for each 5 minutes will be applied.
- Fees cannot be refunded if a student decides to leave during the course. Fees will only be reimbursed if a student is forced to leave for medical purposes, a Doctor’s letter will be required in these circumstances.
- Any student joining during a term will be charged the registration fee plus the fee for the remainder of the term only.
